Money problem are the number one cause of stress in the American home today. Now our Chaplains are helping people become DEBT FREE through our Financial Credit Counseling program.
They will keep in-touch with clients not only at work site visits, but also through phone calls, letters, e-mails, and other means. They will ensure that the necessary assistance is provided in these situations.
In today’s world of single parent households, caring for aging parents, emotional, and economic environment, and the cost to of a professional counselor can be devastating.
Having an employee that is there physically but distracted mentally can have an insurmountable effect on productivity, workers compensation claims, not to mentions the costs of liability insurance. Chaplains In Service is available for confidential counseling at the work site, in a home setting, presiding over weddings, funerals and crisis intervention.
1) Chaplains in Service - Employee Care Program (ECP), exemplifies a corporate understanding that caring for the employee and family members mind, body, and soul generates a deeper loyalty and greater employee commitment to achieve the goals and mission of the corporation.
2) Our chaplaincy services are available to employees and their families at 24-hours a day 365 days a year. It is our mission to provide faith- based guidance in difficult times. Our chaplains do not proselytize or push a client to convert to a specific faith, but rather they incorporate the spiritual aspect of a holistic person into the guidance they provide.
3) In many corporate settings, our chaplains work with management to help promote strong work ethic and resolve workplace conflicts among employee. Our chaplaincy service also reaches out to an employee when they or their loved ones are in the hospital or in jail for any reason.
